End of the Dempster

Early start up the sloppy road towards the Arctic Circle and NWT.

Past the mountains the weather and road cleared offering spectacular views of wildlife and the vast expanse of the tundra...

Big Grizzly busy preparing for winter

Crossed the Circle at 4,793 miles
Rigged our 8wts and fished for pike in Frog Creek ...

Two ferry crossings on the Peel and mighty Mackenzie Rivers...

One more stop on the Regleng River for grayling...

Bear and wolf sign all over, guess they like grayling too...
Then on to Inuvik, the end of the Dempster.
