Perhaps you're aware that one of my road games is high school mascots. If you pay attention to water towers, store windows, and other signage while entering a small town you can usually get a good idea of team spirit. In some cases the mascot is terribly appropriate- Winters (TX) Blizzards, Belfry (MT) Bats, and Buffalo(OK) Bisons are great examples. And sometimes the mascot is just so unique it merits a t-shirt purchase all on its own. The Muckers for example. Dayton, NV falls into that category...

Suppose on good year they blow opponents away, but even during down year, they can be pretty irritating.
