So, coastal redwoods are taller but sequoias are more massive. Dense, rainforest environment vs high mountain desert. But the panoramic view does help capture the majesty.
Oh, and while we didn't get a picture, we did see our first bear in Sequoia, a yearling black bear. Awwww
